Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid form of payment.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package or promotion.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a charge equal to the first night’s stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

• We accept cash, credit cards, and online payment methods. All payments must be settled prior to check-out.
• A valid form of identification and credit card must be presented at the time of check-in.
• Any damages or unpaid services incurred during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made within the specified period (48 hours prior) will receive a full refund.
• Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
• In the case of unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, the resort reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings with prior notice.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of their party, including children, and for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-designated areas.
• Pets are not allowed unless specified under specific bookings or packages.
• Guests must adhere to all safety rules and guidelines while using resort amenities, such as pools and sports areas.

6. Liability

• Al Razzaq Resort & Farmhouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• Guests must use all facilities at their own risk. We shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on the premises.

7. Changes to Bookings

• We reserve the right to make changes to your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as repairs or weather conditions, with reasonable notice.

8. Activities & Services

• Participation in resort activities such as boating, horse riding, and sports is at the guest’s own risk.
• Some activities may require an additional charge or pre-booking, and availability is not guaranteed.

9. Behavior & Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, other guests, and the property.
• Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the stay without a refund.

10. Use of Personal Information

• Any personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

• Al Razzaq Resort & Farmhouse reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.

By booking and staying at Al Razzaq Resort & Farmhouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
