Al Razzaq Resort & Farmhouse Refund Policy

At Al Razzaq Resort, we prioritize your trust and satisfaction. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be clear about our refund policy. Please review our policy below:

Cancellation Policy:

• Flexible Rate: Guests who book our flexible rate can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any charges.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Guests who select the non-refundable rate will be charged the full amount at the time of booking and will not be eligible for a refund in case of cancellation or amendment.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds will be processed based on the rate plan chosen at the time of booking (Flexible Rate or Non-Refundable Rate).
• For reservations made through third-party websites or travel agencies, please refer to their specific cancellation and refund policies.

No-Show Policy:

• In case of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date), the first night’s stay will be charged according to your reservation.

Early Departure Policy:

• For non-refundable rates, guests checking out early will not be eligible for refunds for remaining nights.
• For flexible rates, guests who check out early after paying in full will be eligible for a refund for remaining nights, minus one night’s stay, provided we receive 24 hours prior notice.

Group Bookings:

• Group bookings may have different cancellation and refund policies. Please contact our reservations team for specific details.

Refund Process:

• Refunds, when applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
• Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your statement.
• Identification documents (e.g., a copy of CNIC/Passport) and the original deposit receipt must be submitted for processing refunds to ensure accuracy.

Modifications:

• To make changes to your reservation, please contact our reservations team at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Modifications are subject to availability and potential rate changes.

Force Majeure:

• In extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters or government-mandated travel restrictions, we reserve the right to make exceptions to our refund policy.
